I have always loved sports, being active & moving. I achieved my Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph while playing varsity volleyball. I am a certified personal trainer specializing in taking clients from a post rehab state to performance training. I have worked as a Strength & Conditioning consultant in the NHL for 4 years & continue consulting for teams and individuals. I am a Strong First certified Kettlebell Instructor & have my Olympic Weightlifting certification. I enjoy snowshoeing, Stand Up Paddle Boarding & cooking with my daughters.
