About Coach Jacq Gradish

Athlete centred coach with current Pro and Olympic roster. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph while playing varsity volleyball. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist taking clients from a post rehab state to performance training. I have worked as a Strength & Conditioning consultant in the NHL for 4 years & continue consulting for teams and individuals. I am a Strong First certified Kettlebell Instructor & have my Olympic Weightlifting certification.
