Athletes go through a movement screen and baseline strength testing. Programs require a commitment of at least 2 and up to 4 days per week in the weight room.

The progressive programs are structured with a movement warmup, speed and strength and energy system training. Rest and recovery will be monitored.  Please contact me to discuss your Athlete Program.

Track Record

I started working with competitive athletes while I was in University playing varsity volleyball. I began my passion with plyometric training and quickly branched into post rehabilitative training.  Realizing many athletes lacked a baseline strength and movement to perform at a consistent level I learned the regressions. Naturally I evolved towards my love for strength and performance training and I enjoy the journey of taking athletes to the next level.

I worked as a Strength and Conditioning consultant for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Marlies for 4 years (2010-2014). I trained professional hockey players 4 days a week during their off season, helping them get stronger and work through post rehabilitative injuries.
