Competitive Athlete Training Camp. Junior, U Sport and NCAA level. Monday and Wednesdays 3:34pm month of June. July and August daily Monday-Friday 10am. 2 Days focused speed work, 2 Days focused strength and conditioning, 1 day optional mobility training. May-Aug end camp.
